​Big Kid Summer Camp

Join Hobson’s all outdoor Big Kid Summer Camp!  Each one week camp session is filled with nature play, exploration, and creative outdoor experiences just right for children 5-8 years old. Each family will be required to bring snack for one day during each camp session. ​
Big Kid Summer Camp Sessions
Week 1: Monday, June 8 - Friday, June 12, 2026
  • AM Session - 9:00 am - Noon
  • PM Session - 12:45 pm - 3:45 pm
Week 2:  Monday, June 15 - Friday, June 19, 2026
  • AM Session - 9:00 am - Noon
Week 3: Monday, June 22 - Friday, June 26, 2026
  • AM Session - 9:00 am - Noon
Cost: $210 per child, per week.  Full payment is due with registration.

​​1. Reserve a Spot: Sign up for a camp spot on Registration Night. Registration links will be posted here! 
2. Register: After signing up, Hobson’s camp coordinator will email you to confirm your spot and provide the link to complete the Registration Contract and make your payment. Contracts and payments are due by 3/1, or your child’s spot(s) will be forfeited. 
  • Waitlists: If you do not get a spot in your preferred weeks of camp, please add your name to the waitlists.  If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted, and payment will be collected at that time. ​
3. Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your registration before class begins, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be retained. No refund will be issued a week prior to the start of camp; exceptions for hardship will be considered.
​Big Kid Camp Priority Registration
Priority Registration is for:
  • 5-8-year-old Hobson School alumni, 
  • 5-8-year-old Big Kid Camp alumni, 
  • 5-year-old Hobson preschoolers who are siblings of Hobson alumni attending camp, and not returning to Hobson preschool.
Priority Registration #1: Wednesday, February 18 / 8:30 PM: Sign-up for 1 week of camp per child. 
Priority Registration #2: Thursday, February 19 / 8:30 PM: Sign-up for additional weeks of camp, as available.
​Big Kid Camp Open Registration
Open Registration is for: 
  • 5-year-old preschoolers, not returning to Hobson School next year,
  • ​5- to 8-year-old children from Naperville and surrounding communities.
